Lunchtime and not a breast in sight, 2010

Intervention, in group exhibition Rubble Stir, at the Glue Factory, Glasgow. Sound, scent, live feed, Health Education Board Scotland poster.

In a dark room on the ground floor of the exhibition space, the scent of a baby was dispersed. From this same room, an ambiguous sound could be heard. Upstairs, in another room of the exhibition, at various times during the day, mothers were invited to breastfeed their babies. The sound would be fed live into the room on the ground floor, literally becoming a " live feed".
